Our design sketches are converted to construction drawing by our architect partners in the industry, ensuring that all appropriate construction codes and permit requirements are incorporated into your plans. Simultaneously, we prepare cost estimates for your review. We offer a highly transparent cost estimating process, basing our budget on buds from sub-contractors and adding our fee as a separate, percentage-based amount. With us, unlike a great majority of builders, there are no hidden mark-ups. If costs change as the project progresses, you will receive the full value of any cost savings. Documentation of costs is always open for your review.
